In recognition of Andy Weir's novel The Martian, I wanted to re-imagine the book cover. Although the story is full of science, wit, and humor, I chose to emphasize the underlying theme of absolute loneliness. The expanse of the book cover depicts the desolate landscape of Mars, with the stretching shadow as the main focus.

The web banners made for University of Arkansas online courses were designed to channel unity and anchor students through the inclusion of still being a 'Razorback', even if never physically on campus. Upon request, the Department of Communication was given a re-brand overhaul to stand as it's own entity, while still belonging to the rest of the U of A banner brand.
Artisans at the Depot
The University of Arkansas ceramic and design students teamed up semester-long to coordinate a one night Kiln to Table dining experience at Arsaga’s The Depot. My logo design was chosen to be used as branding for the entire event, both in advertising and for goods and wears at the event.
